The Best Places to Work in Maine initiative, managed by the Maine State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, Best Companies Group, identifies employers who excel in creating outstanding workplace cultures. Selections are based on an extensive evaluation of company policies and practices and, most importantly, anonymous employee surveys that account for 75% of the total score.
