Bruce founded Dant Clayton Corporation in 1979 and still serves as Chairman of the industry leader in designing, manufacturing, and installing bleacher and stadium systems. He has previously served on eleven not-for-profit boards and six corporate boards including international food ingredients company DDW, Thermoview in the home improvement industry, architectural railing and staging equipment company Staging Concepts, and Smartworks in the cellular technology industry. Bruce is a graduate of Western Kentucky University.
