3. OFFER/ACCEPTANCE

Once the interviews for a position have been completed and a qualified candidate has been selected, the recruiter will reach out to discuss an offer. Hire is contingent upon successfully completing the pre-employment drug and background screens, as well as any other pre-employment screenings required for the position.

4. ONBOARDING AND ORIENTATION

Once all the required pre-employment screenings have been completed, the onboarding package will be sent out and a start date will be determined. As a new hire, Human Resources and the supervisor will guide and support you through the process of joining the Hussey Seating team!
