Hussey Seating Company Names New Board Member

ANNE HUSSEY NAMED TO HUSSEY SEATING’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

North Berwick, ME – North Berwick based seating manufacturer, Hussey Seating Company, has recently named Anne Hussey to their Board of Directors. Founded in 1835, Hussey Seating is a global leader in spectator seating solutions with offices in the United Kingdom and Vietnam.

“We are incredibly pleased to welcome Anne to our Board of Directors,” said Chair of the Board, Letitia Hussey Beauregard. Anne Hussey is currently a partner at Quad Group, a consultancy group specializing in family-owned businesses. Prior to Quad Group, Anne spent seventeen years in various leadership roles at Unum and headed a direct sales division at Hussey Seating, then known as Hussey Products. Since her tenure at Hussey Seating, she remained active in the family business participating in family policies, the development of governance models, and currently serves as the Chair of the Hussey Family Council.

Anne received her Executive MBA from the University of New Hampshire and holds her BA in English from Colby College. Active in the Institute for Family-Owned Business, Anne has served on the Board of Directors, Chair of the Family Business of the Year Committee and as a leader of a previous rebranding effort. She also volunteers for Junior Achievement and is currently on the board of the Amputee Association of Maine, the Arundel Yacht Club and the Kennebunk Soccer Club.
