Like a lot of manufacturers, we sometimes fall into the trap of thinking that our products speak for themselves. We're so invested in the development of the various features of our products, and so sure that their benefits are blindingly clear, that we forget that our customers simply aren't that interested in a laundry list of features – they've got a much simpler agenda:
"What's in it for me?"
I am a bit confused, or at least overwhelmed. Today is Easter, one of the most important holidays in the Christian faith - a day of renewal, hope, and faith. The related Jewish holiday we are in the midst of is Passover, commemorating liberty from slavery and oppression.
Today was also a beautiful spring day. I got some incredible skiing in yesterday at Sugarloaf, my favorite mountain. (I did lose a battle to an epic mogul run, and my back is feeling it today!).
